Our account representatives come from knowledgable fields, such as sales and/or finance.
We are seeking individuals who are energetic, motivated and team-oriented. Qualified candidates will generate equipment lease sales from both end-user and vendor relationships. Good communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities include prospecting to established businesses, product presentations, credit line negotiations and strong closing skills.
Southern California Leasing, Inc. offers a Mentor Program where new brokers will team up with successful brokers to maximize skills and experience. Broker candidates will receive full training, office support, and an aggressive compensation structure.
